Wonderful family vacation at the Twin Palms

There aren’t enough words to explain how much we enjoyed our stay at this house. First of all, Denise and her husband were amazing hosts and take great pride in their property and its appearance, cleanliness, and maintenance. Denise was the most responsive host, always answering my questions pretty much immediately. The home is clean, it smells and feels clean from the moment you walk in. The bedrooms have the perfect set up, we had so much space and privacy - and since we had an extra master suite, we invited my brother and his wife and baby to come stay for a few days (with Denise’s permission ahead of time, of course.) The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals “at home”. All towels and hotel-like toiletries are provided, and there are two nearby Publix stores where we purchased groceries and other things we needed. I don’t have anything negative to say. When I go on vacation with my children, I want cleanliness and safety - I felt I had both. It was my teen daughter’s birthday week when we were there and she actually teared up when we arrived and checked everything out. She couldn’t believe how fantastic the house was. My younger one wanted to live in the pool, it is so great for it to be an outside, uncovered pool. We soaked up the sunshine, played games, relaxed indoors, went to Disney Springs and Universal City Walk (both easy drives) and simply enjoyed each other’s company at the perfect vacation home. We will denitely be repeat guests, my daughters were already asking when we’re going back while driving to the airport! Thank you for everything!

Everything we needed and more!

We just stayed for a week at this condo, and were very happy with it! As soon as we walked in, we could see how clean and organized it was. Nicely decorated, and new looking! Beds were very comfortable, and there were tons of towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Leading up to our stay, and during, Denise was always quick to answer my questions, which was very much appreciated! I would highly recommend this condo, and would love to come back!

Great Family Stay, close to Disney & excellent host

Right from the time we booked until we left the property Denise was excellent to deal with. She answered many questions promptly and put our mind at ease when we found out our ight might be cancelled. The property is as advertised- the pool and games room were a hit with the kids. Super clean and loved the littles touches- a welcome bottle of wine & chocolates. Also there were a few things in the pantry to get you started, which was a pleasant surprise on our late night arrival. Beds were comfy, lots of towels for swimming /bathing and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to make meals.

Location on Reunion was awesome- very close to the main hotel if you wanted to go for dinner/drinks or use the bigger pool. Public very close by as well. Disney parks were 15-20 mins from door to parking lot. Our only regret was not taking a few more days just to enjoy the house and it’s amenities!

Wonderful Property!

We loved this property! We travel to Orlando 2-3 times/year for 15+ years and have stayed in many properties. Homes are our favorite type, but can be challenging to nd one that ts our needs. Our “must haves” are private warm pool, comfortable beds, & a bath tub. This property checked all our boxes. Denise was very responsive & most accommodating! We love the Reunion community and this property was the highlight of our trip!!
